Sella Basmati Rice is parboiled basmati rice while still in its husk (rice paddy) and then milled to make a long slender shaped golden colour rice grains. When cooked rice is firmer and less sticky, easier to digest, better in nutrition and has strong ability to absorb the flavour of herbs and spices.
